Whether you need help with technology, small home tasks, or everyday practical problems that are harder to manage in French, Alex provides clear, patient, English-speaking assistance.

  • Get help with everyday technology issues, including:

    • Computers, phones, tablets, printers, and Wi-Fi

    • Email, apps, online accounts, and cloud storage

    • Setting up new devices

    • Troubleshooting common problems

    • Learning how to use technology more confidently

    Support is explained clearly and at your pace, without jargon.

  • Alex can also help with small household tasks, such as:

    • Minor home repairs

    • Furniture assembly

    • Hanging, mounting, or adjusting household items

    • General home maintenance support

    • Small practical jobs around the home

  • Clients who subscribe to Alex’s services receive a special members rate.

    Member rate: €65 per hour
    Standard non-member rate: €75 per hour

    The member rate applies to eligible technology and handyman services while your subscription is active.

  • Alex cannot perform new installations, modifications, or structural work involving electrical or plumbing systems.

    Electrical and plumbing work are licensed practices and must be carried out by qualified professionals with the appropriate license.

    Alex may be able to help with minor, non-licensed support tasks, but any work requiring a licensed electrician or plumber must be handled by the appropriate professional.

Regular New Deliveries

As you get settled into your new space, often time furniture can be complicated to assemble. Especially if the instructions are all pictograms. Alex can take some of that confusion away and assemble your new purchases for you.

Mac, PC, iPhone, Android, Smart TV, Wifi… It is all changing regularly. If you’d rather not have to relearn something on your own and in a language that may be new to you, Alex can help set up your devices in your home so you can enjoy them rather than fight with them.
